Zaki Farsi Consultant Engineer’s office has initiated its practice since 1977 with an aim towards precision and excellence. Starting with medium scale architectural and supervision projects and moving towards residential and commercial towers gave our office the experience needed to mature towards becoming one of the kingdoms leading real estate developers. Starting with the daring idea of developing Cornice Plaza the first residential tower in the kingdom with the ownership system, our office had to work towards all the feasible possibilities and overcome any obstacles to turn our project into a successful reality. Moreover, our office expanded its grounds into the Real Estate Development field and moved on to building our second residential tower Farsi Plaza and from then we continued to draw out Jeddah’s skyline by introducing our highly admired Cornice Gardens and later introduced the grandest and highest tower at the time to be built in Jeddah; Farsi Towers. All of the projects mentioned before are known for their breathtaking panoramic view of the red sea that takes a residence to a different level of magnificence. Stretching out to fulfill Jeddah’s need for commercial towers we have also designed and developed Farsi Center one of the first commercial towers on King Abdullah street that is known now as the Financial District. We also developed other smaller scale commercial projects around the city
