Tryka has established an ever-growing international reputation, delivering large, high profile contracts around the globe. As of 2015 Tryka had supplied over 4500 projects in 56 different countries, with more coming through each and every month.
Working alongside lighting and contracting industry professionals, Tryka has delivered landmark projects such as the Al Maktoum Airport Control Tower in the UAE, the Kuwait National Assembly, Tamkeen Tower in Riyadh and the new Marriott Hotel in Manila typifying Tryka’s global reach. Whilst closer to home we have illuminated the World of Duty Free at Cyprus’ Larnaca Aiport, Trafalgar Square Fountains, Tower Bridge Walkways and two of London’s four major airports.
Similarly, in terms of technology, Tryka has continued to break new ground in its history. The trademarked ‘Easy-Link™’ LED connection system was a Tryka invention. It is now an industry standard.
Tryka works with the worlds’ leading architects and designers, and are proud to feature in projects which have won numerous Lighting Design Awards and we have been shortlisted many more times. The 2010 Lighting Design Awards were probably our best year to date, where Tryka products featured in 5 of the 14 award winning categories – these categories were ‘Special Effects’ for Brighton's ‘Western Bandstand’, ‘Low Carbon’ for ‘Centre of the Cell’, ‘Hotels and Restaurants’ for ‘SNOG’, ‘Retail’ for ‘Cabot Circus’ and Workplace for ‘Addleshaw Goddard’.
