Pre -OA formation and registration Services.
• In depth understanding of the JOP Law, its implementation and application.
• Assist Developers with preparation of Disclosure Statements.
• Develop entitlement schedules to apportion shared entitlements and costs.
• Prepare forecast annual Services Charge and Reserve Fund Budget
• Owners Association Management Services.
Administrative:
• Sourcing Building and Public Liabilities insurances.

• Opening and management of the OA’s bank Account.

• Advise the OA board in financial audit.
• Advise OA on reserve funds.
Operational:
• Advise the OA board in preparing RFP and tender documents.
• Selection of suitably qualified Facility services providers.
• Facilities Management Contract procurement and supervision.
• On Site Contract and service supervision.
• Development of building asset register.
• Attend and responses to day-to-day operation matters of the OA.
• Advise the OA board for the strata/building insurance and building reinstatement cost.
