We believe that the process of designing, whether in the imagination, on paper, or in digital space, is inherently a part of the process of physically making—that is, that designing and making are not separate acts and should never be divided. We also believe in fully leveraging technology both to enhance the design process and to collapse the distance between designing and physically making the work that we produce.
