In 1976 Eng. Omar Abu Saad launched Abu Saad Engineering & Contracting Establishment (Later re-named “OMAR ABU SAAD & SONS COMPANY OASC”).
Under the leadership of Eng. Omar, Abu Saad Engineering and Contracting Establishment has successfully completed numerous Projects that are considered to be important streams of economy and development in Jordan. Its Activities now cover the fields of large Industrial Plants including Chemical Industry, Resorts and Hotel Buildings, Towers, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Power Stations, Marine and Hydraulic Structures, Medical Buildings, Concrete Silos and Tunnels. OASC has become a leader in the construction business in Jordan, Known for its commitment to quality standards and timely delivery of works. It is now recognized as one of the most prominent Contacting firms in Jordan.

Eng. Omar‘s Sons followed their father’s footsteps, they developed & expanded under his style of excellent the Company’s operations area to include the Arab Gulf (UAE & Oman), were OASC successfully completed The COVE Rotana at Ras AL-Khaimah-UAE.
