OWD has developed a mobile concept to provide drinking water based on FPO (Floating Production and Operation) system offshore.
OWD water quality meets all international standards. The produced water on our vessels can also meet all industrial requirements for usage in the energy or manufacturing sector.
OWD project funding is based on either BOT or BOO for a minimum 20 years’ contract. We can have our operation running for any capacity (>4000 m³/hour) at your site within 18 months from contract assignment.
OWD concept is extremely environmentally friendly, using the latest designs and technologies developed in the US and Europe for desalination. Our designs are not only focused on state of the art technology, but also a safe and environmental friendly for the entire span of the operation, regarding the impact on the environment. Our vessel can be moved easily from one area of activity to another if the demand changes over time.
