Majority of the shares are owned by Kuwait Investment Authority, Kuwait Investment Company, Bahrain Pension Fund Commission and Mr.Faisal Ahmed Zayani. The Board of Directors comprise seven directors with Mr.Faisal Ahmed Zayani as Chairman and Mr.Yousef Dakhil Al Dakhil as Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Comniittee.Other directors are Mr.Jassim Salman Al Sindi, Mr. Mishairi Zaid Al Khalid, Mr.Abdul Aziz Faisal Al Hathran and Mr.Mohammed Ali Talib.
