Derby Design has extensive experience in the major disciplines and sectors of the construction markets and offers services to its Customers from project inception/feasibility stage through to completion and handover. This includes pre-contract assistance to Clients and Contractors in the preparation of budgets and tenders through to the final preparation of as-built information and reconciliation of final accounts. The Company has an appreciation and understanding of the full ‘project cycle’ and an awareness of the importance of the achievement of budgets and programs.
