CSA has been working in the Gulf region since 2007 and we established a permanent, licensed office in 2009. CSA "cut our teeth" in the UAE on the full design of the Retail Galleria in the new Terminal 3 of the Abu Dhabi International Airport. Due to the success of that project we were selected for the full refurbishment of Terminal 1 late in 2008 which provided us with a platform to establish a permanent office and provide quality consultancy services to the region. In March 2009 we secured our Abu Dhabi trade license, a copy of which can be viewed here, followed by our Dubai trade licence in March 2014.
Growth in the region has been fast and CSA has quickly been established as one of the leading consultants in the region offering a high international standard of MEP design consultancy services in line with the group model that has resulted in success in our other offices across the globe.

More recently we have become leaders in the Estidama Building Services related components, offering energy modelling services and the Comissioning Agents role.
