CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING ESTABLISHMENT known as CAC was founded on 1976 and was bought by its present owner Mr. SALMAN SAAD AL-OMARI in 1979 and considered to be 100 % Saudi.
We became CARRIER dealer in 1980, most of the equipment we install and maintain are either CARRIER or TRANE, unless other brands are specified and required.
We established our branch in Riyadh in 1985, and now we are involved in many projects in the Kingdom.
In the past year CAC won many achievement awards for top sales, best management, outstanding performance and highest technical excellence award to name a few.
Our line of business is Electro Mechanical system including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical Systems.. We have the approval for the Firefighting works from Ministry of Civil Defence. We have our own shops for sheet metal duct fabrication as well as maintenance and repairs in both Eastern Province and Riyadh.
Our highly qualified and expert Engineers and site crew are capable of handling all kinds of Electro Mechanical Projects.
