Our main products are anti-hydrogen and anti–sulfur fittings, alloy steel thick wall fittings with high pressure, stainless steel thick wall fittings with high pressure, bimetal fittings and other regular fittings, flanges.

We cooperate with many famous design institutes and have steady supply relations with many famous companies, such as Sinopec Engineering incorporation (SEI), Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd CNPC Sichuan Natural gas design institute, CNPC Xi’an pipe research institute, Huadong Engineering Corporation, China Huanqiu Constructing & Engineering Corporation, CPE, Tianchen Engineering Corporation and so on. We have accumulated rich experience on the environment used for fittings, selection of materials, wall thickness design, strength test, anti-corrosion research, section analysis fittings on different position of thick wall fittings after heat process. So we can make key controlling step and precision in the process of fitting manufacture according to different material of fittings and formulate production process in detail to ensure safety factor and life of products.
Our raw materials are purchased from qualified factories, our main suppliers are: Bao steel (specialized in molybdenum steel, stainless steel and X-class pipeline steel); Tianjin Steel, Pan Steel（specialized in anti-sulfur pipe and boiler steel）,Wu Steel and Xiang Steel (Specialized in thick steel plates of alloy steel), Imported steel of stainless steel and high alloy steel can be purchased directly from the following factories : Japan Sumitomo\JFE、Italy IBF\Da Ming\Spain TR\ Spit the Essex, Germany Sweden Sandvik, etc. Anti-acid and anti-sulfur fittings (20N1 20G anti HIC L360QCS A333Gr6 Anti HIC etc) can be used in the main device in the construction of coal chemical industry and sulfide gas field development project, these raw material of fittings can be produced in few factories, our company has 850 tons stock of anti-sulfur and anti-acid steel plate and steel pipe, forged piece supplied by Tianjin Steel and Bao Steel, Cheng steel based on the batch supplying of anti-sulfur and anti-hydrogen fittings in the project such as Sinopec Puguang field gas, CNPC Sichuan Petroleum Turkmenistan natural gas and Huating Zhongxu Coal chemical, so we can meet the market demand of anti-sulfide hydrogen fittings needs. We also have 380 tons stock of imported high pressure pipe of Sumitomo A312TP321, A335P91, P11 produced by JFE etc so we can also meet the urgent need of high pressure fittings.
Our company is well equipped with advanced device to ensure the quality of products; the advancement and quantity of equipment come out best. We have many special fittings manufacture equipment such as 6000 tons press machine 1 set which was designed and made by Tianjin Forged and Press factory. the height of this machine is 18.2 meters and this is the only one of this kind in fitting industry. it can produce DN1500 thick wall straight tee and elbows etc; 2500 tons and 1500 tons press machine each one set, large extruding machine with DN1500 and DN1000; large plate bending machine one set and 4 sets of large natural gas treatment furnace. Large plates bending machine which was manufactured by Taiab Hualu forged Co.,Ltd and it canbend the stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel plates with thickness 100mm or less. The heating method of fittings are gas and electric heating which control the carburize and decarburization in the process of heating of higher class material and these heating method have a high precision which can avoid the overburning. The temperature rise speed can be controlled to ensure the stability and uniformity of material heating. but it add about double cost compared to the traditional coal or coal gas heating.
In order to assure the products’ quality, we carry out a special quality control system which called 6δquality management system to focus on customers and based on improving quality of products, use the technological analysis of facts, numerical value to promote and improve products quality. Our company devoted to human resource in expert level and now we have 5 senior engineers, 45 intermediate technicians, We carry out the staff training with specialized question for discussing to make and red-blooded team with high technique. Reduce flaws in the process of production to achieve 100% quality rate, Promoting quality is our management objective. We bought a new tensile test machine with precision of 0.5 and a German spectrometer, invest millions to establish chemical analysis labs to ensure the correctness and precision in the whole controlling process, Achieve the management of process four 100% and the exfactory products 100% qualified.
100%: Inspect raw material with NDT and chemical physical test 100%. Each batch of products shall conduct chemical and physical inspections to ensure the qualified rate 100% although the material utilization reduces.
100%: Control hot working treatment 100%,The oil press machine with large-tonnage and high precision, 0.2mm accuracy of alignment can ensure fittings forming precision in the least heating times, so it stop the repair welding in some fitting plant.
100%: Conduct process test 100%. Inspect semi-products 100% before charging, Conduct NDT and physical chemical test before and after heat treatment. We accumulate many relevant data of manufacture in deferent materials and have grasp the change rules of material machining property, forming a complete process database intra-company.
