Arab Land Contracting LLC was founded by Mr. Walid Al Wahsh on 2000 to take active part in the construction hub to contribute to local and international progress.
Arab Land Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based provider of professional project execution and development of construction works. Our aim is to enrich the value of development at various projects stages. We manage projects with multifaceted activities, including main concrete, steel structures and fit outs.
Our team manages the entire project process from the concept and design phase to construction, value engineering, supervision and dealing with post-completion defects.

Our enthusiastic and committed team has a wide range of background and experience including as civil, structural engineers, architects, MEPs, and have delivered landmark projects in the region.

We make sure our clients receive all the necessary information supported by contractual requirements to appoint the most suitable supplier or sub-contractor capable of executing and delivering the project according to the desired quality.
