Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc. (“APEX”) is a private Canadian company engaged in the exploration, acquisition and development of oil and natural gas reserves, primarily focused on opportunities in North Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.

APEX is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, the centre of the Canadian energy industry and a major global centre for the development of new petroleum exploration, drilling and production technologies.

APEX operates Block 36 in south-west Oman, a large and highly-prospective exploration block of more than 18,500 square kilometers (approximately 200 townships) situated along Oman’s borders with Saudi Arabia and Yemen. In addition, APEX is actively pursuing further exploration and development opportunities in Oman and elsewhere in the region.
