Al Ahli Plastic Industries is a major member of the Al Ahli group. The company was established in Fujairah in the year 2000, to manufacture plastic film and shopping bags. Within two years of inception, the company achieved tremendous progress by reaching production capacity of 20.000 Tons per annum.
Al Ahli Plastic Industries entered a new era by diversifying into manufacturing of various Flexible packaging products, to capture the growing demand for packaging of food and industrial items. The new factory at Al Hayl in Fujairah has a built-up area 12,500 Square Meters, housing Hi-tech machineries from leading manufacturers in Europe .
The flexible packaging division is equipped with a 5-Layer Blown Film plant to manufacture high barrier film of PE/PA and PE/EVOH structures, with sterilization for hygienic packing. The central impression 8 colour gearless Flexo-printing machine facilitates high speed printing. The plant is also equipped with Solvent/Solvent less Lamination machine for producing laminated structures.
We have include Lid punching, Bottom/Side flap sealing machine, Stand-up Pouch and 3-side/Centre seal pouch making machine to suit market requirements. Our Graphic design division has invested in the latest software and CDI system form ESKO Graphics for in-house designing and plate making to ensure quality and precision.
