Working from our single headquarters in London, we have delivered high-quality projects in many areas throughout the UK and have been engaged in schemes in more than 40 countries worldwide. Our track record demonstrates our ability to listen, understand, learn and apply science: all key components of effective engineering.
Our approach is meritocratic, engendering results through a mutual respect for all employees that permeates and continuously adjusts the shape of the team and organisation as a whole; this derives from a deep sense of personal responsibility – a working ethos that is encouraged and rewarded across the company.
For each of our projects a Director is nominated as the senior member of staff responsible for design throughout the project. In addition to the technical and design reviews undertaken by the project team, a Director not involved in the scheme on a day-to-day basis will also undertake independent audits at critical points throughout the design process as part of our internal Peer review process.
We undertake regular training and staff reviews, team meetings and forums involve employees at all levels of the company. We invest heavily in technology, including IT systems, advanced analysis and design software, plus advanced 3D CAD modelling systems from which 2D drawings are automatically produced.
We want our staff to be inspired not just by the quality of the projects we continue to win, but by maintaining a healthy balance between work and play; our sports teams compete in leagues and competitions, from football to softball to dragon boat racing, and social events are held throughout the year both for the company as a whole and separate project teams.
