Salad Chiller has a 30 mm thick deep-drawn vat with rounded corners and drainage for cleaning water allow a very easy cleaning that can accommodate 3 GN 1/1 trays, plates, ramekins, verrines, bottles, LED lighting, regulator with large display for a quick reading of the temperature and an electrically controlled plexiglass dome, robust and reliable system.

This unit is equipped with a copper tube coil cooling system, a new generation refrigeration unit for reduced energy consumption and noise level extractable from the technical compartment and castors with brake.
