1.MDF/Plywood: MDF/plywood can be used for this design, any grade can be customized. This room in MDF with natural figure sycamore matt finish
2.Veneer: Natural figure sycamore, any other natural/engineered veneer can be custmoized
3.Solid wood: Ash/beech solid wood, any other solid wood can be custmoized
4.Fabric: To be flame restardant in accordance with international codes, hospitality standard and local municipality requirements; Withstand a minimum 35,000 double rubs
5.Foam: High density foam, over 45KG/CBM, hard and soft can be customized. Flame restardant (CA117, BS5852 etc) can be customized
6.All legs of upholstered goods should have a contract-quality glides/adjustable levellers suitable for floor type
7.Metal: Stainless steel must be grade 304
