Established in 2010, Safe Center was the first non-profit, special education center in Dubai to offer two accredited educational programs; K12 and ACE. Safe Center is affiliated to the New England Center, who run research and education centers in the U.S. and U.A.E. Whilst Safe Center was initially established to accommodate students with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, we welcome any student who needs our support and who we can provide an educational environment for.
Safe Center caters for students between the ages of 4 and 18 years who may struggle with behavioural or developmental difficulties. Our team has an expanse of experience working with students with a variety of needs and diagnosis, including but not limited to: Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Aphasia, Apraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Speech/Language Delay, Sensory Deficits, and Downs Syndrome.
Safe Center provides individualised education within a nurturing learning environment offering high levels of academic and therapeutic support. Safe Center employs occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behaviour therapists who are timetabled to work alongside children in their classroom. At the heart of the school’s ethos is the belief that the development of a positive self-image is the key to the development of a child’s full potential. Safe Center aims to provide a holistic therapeutic environment that meets the academic, physical, social and emotional needs of our students.
