Port Services Corporation (S.A.O.G) (“The Corporation”) is registered as a Public Joint Stock Company in the Sultanate of Oman and established vide Royal Decree ’46 / 76’ issued on 17th November 1976 and registered at the Commercial Register of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry under Commercial Registration No. 1/071670/0.
The Corporation manages and operates Port Sultan Qaboos (“The Port”) under a concession agreement with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman.
