Fincibec Group has three production facilities equipped with the latest technologies to guarantee an overall annual potential output of over 10 million square metres. Through the brands Monocibec, Century and Naxos, it produces technical and decorative stoneware wall and floor tiles in a variety of formats, thicknesses and finishes to meet the needs of the most diverse uses.
In total, Fincibec Group has four raw material grinding mills and two atomizers for producing the ceramic mixture that supplies 15 pressing, drying and enamelling lines and six furnaces. All the lines are equipped with digital decoration and use the Digital Jet System (DJS) developed by the company. Finally, four cutting, squaring and lapping lines and 13 sorting and palletizing lines prepare the products for market. Logistics are then entrusted to two dedicated platforms, located in Sassuolo and Solignano.
Attention to the eco-sustainability of the entire industrial production process is one of the cardinal principles of Fincibec, which continually strives to use raw materials with low environmental impact and to limit the consumption of natural resources such as water and natural gas. In particular, electricity is self-produced via a cogeneration system in order to dramatically reduce emissions into the atmosphere.
