International Leisure Consultants (ILC) is a private company owned by its executive directors headquartered in Hong Kong. They have active projects in Hong Kong, China, Macau, India, Singapore, Korea and a growing client list. ILC have recently completed initial assignments in South Africa and Dubai for developers and project investors. ILC office expansion has also lead to the set-up of a JV firm in India in 2000, Indonesia in 2001 and newly associated companies in China and South Africa.
