El Mostakbal for Urban Development is an Egyptian Shareholding Company S.A.E (law No.159 of 1981) Established and founded in 2006 that is specialized in the area of urban development and real estate development. The company has sponsored the Housing Minister’s decree No. 65 for the year 2008: Credence of the general plan for Mostakbal City project for the entire area.
El Mostakbal is currently developing its flagship development “Mostakbal City” over an area of about 11,000 acres, which is about 45,000,000 sq.m. At New Cairo City. “Mostakbal City” is a fully integrated development that includes different uses such as residential, services, retail, commercial, medical, educational, entertainment, and logistics zones. At its complete development, “Mostakbal City” should accommodate more than one million inhabitants.
El Mostakbal is the master developer of “Mostakbal City”, where it will be responsible for preparing the master plan and urban planning and design guidelines for the whole project, securing the governmental approvals, and implementing the main roads network along with main infrastructure networks.
El Mostakbal will incorporate sub-developers to be responsible for developing the different areas of the project according to the approved master plan and urban planning and design guidelines.
