Ecolaire Espana, S.A. was founded in 1976 by the US corporation Ecolaire Inc. for the development of high technology energy and environmental protection systems for power plants and industrial facilities.
Since that time, the company has continued to grow in the national and international industrial engineering markets, diversifying their activities into the energy, refining, gas, environment and petrochemicals sectors. Based on the experience gained, the company has been able to develop successful in-house technologies for the execution of turnkey projects, particularly for processing plants.
The Ecolaire Group became part of the OHL Group in January 2008, together with all of its subsidiaries: Prosisa and Atmos, engaged in the engineering of bulk handling systems and Chepro, specialised in fire control systems. Together these companies became the OHL Industrial Division and, thanks to their technical capacities, the successful track record of their workforce and their integration into a world leading construction, concessions, environment, development and industrial group, are now among the leading companies in the industry.
