Developed with the motto "The Brand For Housing", we are now housing nearly 50 thousand Istanbulites in our Avrupa Konutları project. So far, we have delivered 15 thousand and 500 houses in total. Early delivery, post-delivery service, sustainable quality of life, policy to make profit for the investor and trust have been the primary values of our brand. Providing residence in various locations of Istanbul including Topkapı, Atakent, Gaziosmanpaşa, Ispartakule, Bahçeşehir and Florya, we now add Ataköy and Başakşehir to the list with our Avrupa Konutları Başakşehir and Avrupa Residence Office Ataköy projects.
The brand becomes increasingly important in residences. As Artaş Group, we bring the lifestyle and quality offered by the Avrupa Konutları brand to other brands as well. We constructed the Eclipse Maslak project in Maslak, the heart of the business world, which comprises of residences and offices. Tema İstanbul in Atakent and Vadistanbul in Kağıthane, developed in cooperation with our partners, will be among the exemplary projects of the city.
Since the life is not just about the housing, but is one with the environment, we aimed to develop the housing areas in line with the needs. We constructed shopping malls, mosques, schools and hospital buildings. Our mixed-use Tema Istanbul and Vadistanbul projects, developed in cooperation with our partners, will not simply render those areas centers of attraction, but will be marking novelty in Turkey. The huge themed entertainment park, the Tema World, in Tema Istanbul project, will be the international entertainment park in Turkey. The Vadistanbul project will house the first private metro line connecting to the urban metro lines.
Construction leads among the most effective sectors ensuring development in economy and social life. The effectiveness and benefits of the sector will be increased by the urban transformation, which will provide more robust buildings and increased living standards.
