Arise is a leading player in the Nordic wind segment. Since its inception in 2007, the company has built or currently under construction, 460 MW of onshore wind power, 253 MW of which remains in the company's ownership. In addition, the company has an extensive project portfolio of about 600 MW in Sweden, as well as ongoing evaluation of several projects in Norway. In Scotland ongoing pre-planning of projects of 150 MW, for which the company has signed a lease.
Wind power development encompasses all project development activities and consists of the lease, wind measurements, permit applications, design of parks and the procurement of the works, components and the financing required. The business also includes construction, construction management and commissioning, as well as sales of building clear and operational wind farms.
