Architecture and Urbanism the office, created in Lausanne in 1989 by the architect Gabriele M. Rossi, now has about 20 employees. To date, it has already developed about three hundred projects between Switzerland and abroad. Its team is composed of: architects, urban planners, interior architects, designers and administrative staff. Since its foundation, Archilab wanted to be an architectural research office, a laboratory where ideas and projects are always a pretext for questioning to arrive at the most innovative solutions possible. Within the Archilab office, we are convinced that for a given site, program and budget there is only one possible answer. Over the years, Archilab has succeeded, through its projects, To assert itself in the architectural panorama by its own identity. Currently, the office works on some 40 projects ranging from administrative centres to school buildings to museums as well as residential buildings and individual villas.
