The Group Franco -Tunisien Alliance was established in1990 by its president Samir JAIEB. The first real estate operations of the Alliance emerged in Ile de France by achieving villages of individual houses and apartment buildings in homeownership. It was in 2005 that Samir JAIEB decided to make its first investment real estate in Tunisia through the residence Hoteliere Le Monaco in Sousse. To date the Alliance Group has completed more than 1,500 homes in France and more than 800 homes in Tunisia. in 2010, the Alliance Group decides I also develop the United States and especially in Miami where he made high standard of luxury villas on the Palm islands Island and Hibiscus Island.
