Being strongly optimsitic about the future of Lebanon as a toursim and residential centre in the region, The Landmark S. A. L. will be developing a large multi use project on lot 1520 in Bashoura district adjacent to Riad Al-Solh square in Beirut Central District.

The Landmark S. A. L. consists of Kuwaiti and Lebanese shareholders represented by Mr. Hamad Al-Wazzan, Shaikha Souad Al-Humaizhi of Kuwait, Mr. Ahmad Baadarani, Mr. Rafi Kaloustian, Dr. Salaheddine Dabbagh and Mr. Ziyad Alshaar.
