Ever-expanding demand has constrained existing resources. The country needs immediate expansion in the indigenous capability to undertake development projects to keep envisioned growth on track. While Qatar welcomes foreign companies, it is the indigenous capability will help Qatar meet ultimate growth needs. TAG Engineering and Contracting Co. W.L.L., therefore, has been established to meet the long-term growth needs, dwelling on local resources and capabilities. Our purpose is to develop world class project management capability in Qatar which would reduce our dependence on foreign support. In the process we intend to produce business leaders and managers who will take over from expatriates in due course of time.
