Raysut Cement Company was established on 15/03/1981 by virtue of the Ministerial Decree No. 7/81, and was registered as an Omani joint stock company in Salalah, Oman. The company started its commercial production on 01/07/1984, and the factory was officially inaugurated on 17/11/1985, on Oman’s 15th National Day.
