Pasta Regina® has been established in Dubai since 2004. Pasta Regina® today is the largest manufacturer of deep frozen fresh homemade pasta in the Middle East. Currently supplying to all the best 5-7 star Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Catering companies as well as extending the services to the Retail sectors like supermarkets, hyper and convenient stores.
In our Company, the aim is to perpetuate the tradition of “L’arte della Pasta Fresca”, in this light the best Italian chefs are cooperating with us on the recipes. The finest ingredients are imported directly from Italy and are processed in our factory at Al Quoz, Dubai using the state of the art machinery. Furthermore we extrude the pasta using only bronze die like in the old tradition, the result is that the pasta get the necessary roughness to hold any sauce perfectly.
In 2013 Pasta Regina® won the DUBAI SME (small-medium-enterprise) Award.
At the beginning of 2014 the new plant "Regina Gourmet Factory" opens with the lines of sandwiches, production of multi breads, soups, ready made meals, healthy food concept, production of pizza in modified atmosphere, arancini, russian salad, coleslaw salad, mayonnaise, etc.
