FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT-SARL/ NASR & KHALAF- CONSULTING ENGINEERS IS ONE OF THE MAIN LEADING MEP ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS IN LEBANON.
It was established in 1994 by two design engineers who enjoyed and acquired extensive experience from 1975 to 1994 through working within an international leading multi-disciplinary architectural– engineering firm.
In 2006 another firm, “Nasr & Khalaf overseas”, was established to handle projects outside Lebanon.
Today with more than thirty five years in the field, it is well known for its large experience, expertise and know how. It also enjoys a reputation for professionalism and business ethics coupled to the application and respect of International Standards.
Our activities cover Lebanon as well as regional countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
We are involved in design for plumbing, fire fighting, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and electrical systems for various types of buildings (residential, commercial and institutional) as well as of specialized systems such as pumping stations, vehicular and pedestrian tunnels, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, swimming pools and infrastructure works.
