Mohammad Al-Mojil Group (MMG) started its operation in Dammam city in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia on 1954 and was initially registered as a sole proprietorship on June 24. On 10 November 2007, MMG converted into a joint stock company in accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, with a paid-up capital of SR 1 billion was later raised to SR 1.25 billion.
Since the very beginning, MMG established itself as a leading contractor in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector.
MMG is an instrumental player in the economy of the eastern region of Saudi Arabia and in general provides all construction activities – civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, repair, design, supply of technical specs, shop drawings and total quality management systems, labor force, supervision, catering, camping, scaffolding, monitoring, steel fabrication and inspection services required for engineering and manufacturing projects, pre-commissioning and commissioning. MMG offers certified calibration facilities (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation).
