RMashour Real Estate Development is a professional planner and developer. The relationship with RSG dates back to 2007, when Mashoor Real-Estate Development came under the management of RSG.
The company is investing in the stunning waterfront Marina District of Lusail City, a mega-development to the north of Doha which covers 38 Km2 and which will be home to 200,000 people.
Lusail City is divided into 19 different districts and will include a blue-water lagoon with two marinas, major residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping, mosques, parks, schools and leisure facilities, including two golf courses and an entertainment district.
The Marina District is the first section in Lusail City and has already welcomed its first yacht. We are currently developing 3 plots: Co-05, Mix-05, and Mix-11.
The Marina District will house 96 modern floating berths, catering for yachts of 10-40 metres in length. It will include three on-water lounges and a dedicated events area. Integrated misting technology will air condition the walkways during the summer.
