LDA Design was established in 1979. At LDA Design, we follow the principles of ‘first life, then spaces, then buildings’. Whether we are designing a garden village, a rail station or a new district, we start with what people need.
We see a growing appetite for landscape-led design because of its capacity to deliver the most vibrant places. As masterplanners of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, we understand what good looks like. We have recently worked on Westminster’s largest regeneration project, Church Street. Our masterplan for Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon combines visionary placemaking with the latest in renewable energy. We are designing the new public realm at Battersea Power Station and helping to create the first of the Eden Project’s visitor centres in China.
