‘KQS’ is led by a Fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 30 years experience in the construction industry of U.A.E. The resident manager is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The staff in the Dubai Office consists, besides the administrative staff, of well qualified and experienced quantity surveyors. Most of these quantity surveyors are on the Dubai Municipality’s approved list and are specialised in buildings, civil engineering projects, roadworks, earthworks, dams, refurbishment work, landscaping, mechanical and electrical installations and the like.
