Description

Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture (JV) company formed to operate the new UAE University Campus in Al Ain.

The company combines the investment and development skills of Mubadala Development Company which is 100% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and the facilities management (FM) skills of Serco, a leading global task management company.

The new campus will be developed in the form of a BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) project by the Government owned Mubadala Development Company. Mubadala has signed a Concession Agreement with the UAEU on standard PFI/PPP terms to design, build, own and operate the new campus. Khadamat FM LLC will provide the operational services on the new campus and existing buildings (80, 81, Maqam 5 residences and the IT College) at Maqam campus
