This service includes the selection and mobilization of Personnel. We cater for both onshore and offshore personnel depending on client requirements. The service we provide covers all aspects of discussion with clients to define their requirements, use of an in-house database for CVs or advertising campaigns, screening and selection of prospective candidates, selection & mobilization, submission of short lists to clients and arranging medicals, police clearance, visas and travel arrangements for selected candidates. We also organize safety training and any technical training that may be required during their ongoing employment.
