The HBK Group of Companies started with the establishment of HBK Contracting Company W.L.L.
HBK Contracting Company W.L.L. was established in the year 1970 to undertake civil construction projects in the State of Qatar, thus making his contribution to the economic progress of the Country and the Government sector.
Over the years, the Group has executed many of the prestigious projects in the State of Qatar, for various Public and Private Clients, most particularly the Public Works Authority (Ashghal),. Ministry of Interior, Kahramaa, QNOC, Qatar Petroleum, HMC, QAFCO, Jazeera Satellite Channel, Al Aqaria, Aayan Real Estate, QIIB, Qatar Entertainment City, Doha Land, etc.
The Group has a well organised and well disciplined work force of over 7000 men and owns a large fleet of Construction Plant, Machinery and Vehicles, and is willing to undertake and enter into any profitable and feasible venture.
HBK Group is widely experienced in the construction Industry for Commercial and Residential buildings, High Rise Towers, Infrastructure works, Bridge works, Water Sewerage Networks, Hospital & University complexes, Electro-mechanical works, Aluminium glazing works, Readymix Concrete, Precast Construction, Drilling and blasting works, Industrial Coating & Insulation works during the past 40 years.
The Group has undertaken various challenging projects in many aspects of the construction sector requirement. The Group has the in house capacity to handle and execute entire requirements of the Building sector, Pipeline networks and Sub Contract works are given for few specialised fields such as waterproofing, steel works or other speciality work requirement.
A large percentage of HBK’s workforce has been associated with the Company for long period of time and hence the know-how, experience remains as a healthy management backup expertise.
