Gulf Precast is a UAE Leader in Precast Manufacturing. With more than 30 years of experience it has expanded from its original United Arab Emirates center of operations and is now active in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and in Iraq. It proposes a wide range of Precast Products, holds main contracting licenses and is constantly increasing its market share. Based on a strategy of international expansion, Gulf Precast has recently established a branch in Iraq and has been awarded several major developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
With six fixed precast manufacturing factories, four in Abu Dhabi and two in Dubai, the Company can produce up to 1,240 M3 per day, which is the largest precast capability in the UAE.
Gulf Precast operations follow strict environment, safety and quality control procedures, that cover the whole process from detailing stage to handing over and maintain the high quality reputation of which we are proud, and for which we have received ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, as well as 8 distinguished awards (including One Diamond, three Gold Awards and one silver) in the Sheikh Khalifa Industry and Excellence Award Schemes between 1997 to 2012.
Gulf Precast believes that expert Human Resources are the key to both Customer Satisfaction and Quality Products. Therefore, our 4,000 employees, comprising more than 80 engineers are regularly being trained on both innovation techniques and quality improvements. Our Engineers can convert Cast-In-Situ design into Precast design, and generate Value Engineering savings.
We offer our wide expertise in the fields of structural Design for total building systems, redesign from conventional to Precast structures, manufacture components in Precast and Prestressed Concrete, GRC and GRP, as well as perform site erection and Turnkey projects.
