Description

Farglory Sowwah Development Co. is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is the Middle East brand of Farglory Group, which started in the land development and construction business as Fareast Land in 1969.

In 2010, Farglory Group ventured into Al Maryah Island, the only financial free zone and most prominent business district in Abu Dhabi. It is the first international developer to obtain land development rights for in this coming world financial center. Maryah Plaza is a joint collaboration between Farglory, Mubadala together with world's most renowned design consortium, aiming to create an international landmark composed by Grade-A office, luxury hotel and premium residence, thus to set a new architecture benchmark.
