ENGINEERING CREATIONS PUBLIC HEALTH CONSULTANCY ( P ) LTD. has been established as a Private Limited firm by the coming together of two professionals from the field of civil engineering - S.D.Kulkarni and S.V.Rao, each having a vast and varied experience. Mr. S.V.Rao, M.E. (Civil - Environmental) - 1979, B.E. (Civil) - 1977.
Mr.Sharat Rao , Director ECPHC, is basically an Environmental Engineer, specialty being in the field of water supply, drainage and utility services. Major part of his experience has been abroad in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia with a leading consultancy firm. Mr. Rao has a wide range of experience in the field of design and Project Management Consultancy in Water and Waste Water Treatment and Utility Services like Water Supply, Drainage, Fire fighting and Irrigation. Mr.Sharat Rao spent his initial years working as consulting engineer to the consortium of M/s. John Taylor and Sons U.K. and Shah Technical Consultants, Bombay, on World Bank aided project for providing Water supply and Sewerage facilities including treatment for six major towns and 104 villages on the outskirts of Bombay, executing agency being MWSSB.
He then joined Tata Consulting Engineers at Carnac and was mainly involved in the designing and detailing for Storm water and Sewerage system including a 3000 cum/day Sewage Treatment Plant for M/s. Bajaj Auto Ltd. at Aurangabad.
Thereafter, he joined Beeah Consultants in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia and was associated with them for over a decade. A Beeah is an Architect, Planning and Engineering Consultancy firm involved in the design of facilities right from the inception stage to construction. He was involved in the designing and detailing of utility services including periodic site supervision. The nature of the projects covered residential and commercial districts, multi-storied building and hotels. Thereafter Mr.Sharat Rao started his own company which today with the excellent support of his team is one of the leading Public Health Consultancy Firms in India.
