After heading the C P de Leeuw Group of quantity surveyors and property valuers for many years Dr Corné de Leeuw joined forces with his son Gerhard to establish DelQS towards the end of the year 2000 in Johannesburg to take up the challenges of the new millennium by merging experience and a long track record with youthful vigour and technological expertise. Under Dr De Leeuw’s control the C P de Leeuw Group ranked in the twenty largest quantity surveying practices in the world
Subsequently DelQS established a branch office in Pretoria with Nico Roos as the director in charge
