Dar Al-Dowailah Engineering Consultants and Construction Managers was established in 1961 as a technical and legal extension of the Mostafa Abo Al-Azm Engineering Office.
Since the liberation of Kuwait, the firm has grown steadily to become one of the leading architectural and engineering companies in the country. Our office serves international, local, public and private clients, and has been very successful both in winning design competitions and in securing significant Build Operate Transfer projects with private sector investors and developers.
