Established in 2004, C&P® is the result of the co-joining of Via Vision Group and Al Ajlani Contracting Co. Ltd. Construction and Planning Co. Ltd. (C&P®) was founded on the basis of developing high quality innovative architectural concepts and LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) Projects.
To this day, C&P® with its versatile team of architects, engineers, designers, and project managers have developed a diverse range of designs and completed a wide range of buildings including malls, hotels, restaurants, spas, corporate offices, residential projects, and city centers, and many agricultural and landscaping mega projects.
With our diverse and experienced team, C&P® has pioneered in different fields from large commercial (construction and Landscaping) projects to small residential projects each in a unique style to accommodate the needs of each client individually.
