Responsibilities:
Our health and safety management system is designed accordingly into general and specific responsibilities to managers, employees and support teams. The assigned person who is the overall in-charged for the management of health and safety within the UAE will sign this statement of Intent and in particular will make sure that health and safety management is incorporated into the management structure and the entire business processes and also there is right organizational structure and resources for health and safety. The company’s Health and Safety Manager will monitor the Health and Safety Management System, inform the management and employees on safe working systems, company procedures and policies and on existing and pending UAE health and safety legislation and requirements. All employees are responsible to cooperate with the company to meet its obligations under the laws of health and safety.
