Cinqo Contracting, a wholly owned company of Cinqo Group has been awarded the contract for the construction of a large yacht manufacturing facility in Bahrain. The project consists of over 4000m2 of factory space, along with an 3 storey office block, and several ancillary buildings. The project is expected to be completed in a total period of 5 months and shall be handed to the client on a turnkey basis. Cinqo Contracting Project Manager, Mr. Siby Joseph commented that the project is a fast paced project, and Cinqo Contracting has engaged some of the leading sub contractors in their respected fields to assist in ensuring the completion deadline is met. The project is being built on a fit for purpose basis, for which Cinqo Contracting utilized its past experiences in similar facilities to advise on the project requirements from the preliminary design stage. The consultant for the project is Arab Architects, and major subcontractors such as Hyundai Nass, Kirby, Star Technical Services, IVM Italy and IPC Bahrain working with Cinqo Contracting to complete the project as desired.
