Chiyoda CCC Engineering Limited (CCEL) is a joint venture company formed by Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in early 2013 with the intention of targeting medium sized Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. Utilizing the capability and experience of Chiyoda and CCC, CCEL provides local EPC services to Clients both in the upstream and downstream hydrocarbon sectors in the Middle East region.
CCEL was established by taking over CCC's oil and gas Plants and Engineering Department (PED) functions. Chiyoda and CCC added experienced management and engineers from both companies. The management teams and engineers from the parent companies allow CCEL to access the global network and fully utilize the capabilities of Chiyoda and CCC. This structure enables CCEL to provide competitive cutting-edge technical services to Clients in the Middle East.
CCEL’s key differentiator is that CCEL will design a system that will not only cater to the Clients design criteria of the facility, but will provide critical input for the practical and flawless start-up, operational needs and maintainability of the system.
CCEL Engineers support the complete cycle of the project, from the FEED stage to final handover of the facility to the Client.
