Projects Division (Formerly known as Constructions and Interior Decorations Division) came into being in 2003 with a minuscule infrastructure but huge dreams. In a short span, this Division has already spearheaded to the forefront competing with the best in construction industry and has excelled in performance and quality. As we consolidate towards brighter future, we proactively and consistently invest in growth to improve our infrastructure while increasing productivity and improving customer satisfaction.
The Projects Division is specially structured and staffed to undertake Projects of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Buildings in both Government and Private Sector. Since inception, we have partnered with several esteemed clients nationwide in successfully implementing various construction projects in oilfield sector as well as government and private sector. We also undertake and provide value added services like Electro Mechanical Works, Fire Fighting and Security Systems, Data & Telecom Systems. List of ongoing and completed projects are attached.
A well qualified and an experienced team of Engineers, Technicians and skilled workers supported by integral infrastructure of plant & machinery, transport and other essential services remains our mainstay and pillar of our strength. In addition, we have the integrated support of well equipped carpentry shop and fabrication unit that cater adequately to meet the diverse requirements of the construction activity. Projects Division has always laid greater emphasis on quality service and customer satisfaction in all its business and professional activities. We are proud to inform that we are one of the earliest contractors, who are accredited for ‘ISO 9001:2008’, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001: 2007 from BVQI. While targeting the customer satisfaction at the highest level, we are also proud of completing the projects in time without compromising Quality and HSE and for this we have an integrated management system for QHSE in place
We are registered as ‘Excellent Grade Contractors’ with Oman Chamber of Commerce and Tender Board. Also we are formally registered with PDO, OPAL, Oman Refinery Co., Ministry of Defence, PAEW, Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP) etc.
