Al – Farabi College was established in 1430 H corresponding to 2009 G to become a tributary of medical sciences and modern knowledge. In addition to that, it seeks to be a contemporary civilization project that embodies the wise vision of the leadership of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the dissemination of science and medical knowledge to meet the needs of the Saudi society in medical fields.
The college has two branches in Riyadh and Jeddah for Dentistry and Nursing. This is sound evidence of a holistic vision regarding the future of higher education. The college also copes with emerging needs of the Saudi society in the provision of manpower that has confidence and professionalism in confronting the challenges of contemporary life.
As a result of the sedulous efforts over the last five years, Al- Farabi College ranked the tenth among Saudi universities, and the thirty-sixth among Arab universities as classified by the Metrics Global web
